Campbell, 97, of Bunkie died at 12:15 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 11, 1994, in Bunkie General Hospital.
He was a World War I Marine Corps veteran. He was a member of the Bunkie Masonic Lodge No. 326, the Whites Chapel Methodist Church and the David Haas Memorial Methodist Church. He was a retired farmer.
Survivors include two sons, Dare Campbell of Baton Rouge and Nelson Campbell of Silsby, Texas, one daughter, Joyce Rabalais of Hessmer; one sister, Chris Hunter of La Ward, Texas; 11 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
Friends may call from 11 a.m. until time of services today in the funeral home.
