Samuel D. Adams, 82, of Landisburg RD1, died Sunday at the Nipple Nursing Home, Liverpool.
He was a retired farmer and state highway employe.
Surviving are two sons, Charles H. of Shippensburg and David D. of Lockport, Ill.; three daughters, Mrs. Wilbert Kline of Landisburg, Mrs. William Womer and Mrs. William Gabel, both of Camp Hill; 14 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Services were held Wednesday at the funeral home at 101 W. Main St., New Bloomfield. Rev. Russell Kerns, pastor of Mount Zion Lutheran Church, officiated. Burial was in Newport Cemetery.
