My great-great-grandmother. She was the daughter of Martin Ayers and Sarah Simmons. She married William Lefrederick Bradley July 25, 1869 in Buchanan, Georgia.

She died of breast cancer.

Mrs. S. J. Bradley has a CSA widow's pension on line in the GA ARchives under Haralson County. She gives witness proof that she , as Sarah J. Ayers, married W. L. Bradley on July 25, 1869. Her witness, from the same unit , says that W. L. Bradley served in Muschison's Co, 1st GA regt. She says her husband died on April 1, 1915. Proof of Mrs. Sarah Bradley's death on 5/15/1929 is also included in the application.
