She worked at the Wadsworth City Schools for many years, enjoyed cooking, playing cards, bowling, and special times with her family.
She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church of Loyal Oak.
Survived by her sons, James (Carol) of Wadsworth, Robert (Sylvia) of Simi Valley, California, and John (Denise) of Massillon, 12 grandchildren, several great-grand children; brothers, Frank (Maryland) Humble of Wadsworth, Ray (Donna) Humble of Cleveland, brother-in-law, Harry Jones, and sister-in-law, Helen Humble.
Preceded in death by her parents; devoted husband Weldon; daughter, Carol Jean Gruhl; brothers, George, Clair (Ruth) and Camden Humble; sisters, Anna Lou (Oscar) Buterbaugh and Maria Jones.
Services were held Friday at Roberts Funeral Home-Hillcrest Chapel, Acme Road, Seville, OH, with Rev. Elaina Styblo officiating.
