RADFORD — Pauline McGhee Lawton, 77, passed away Tuesday, March 18, 1997, at Carilion Radford Community Hospital.
She was a member of First Christian Church in Radford. She was a retired employee of Hercules with more than 20 years of service.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert T. Lawton Sr.
Survivors include one son, Albert T. (Sonny) Lawton Jr., St. Petersburg, Fla.; one daughter, Rosalie Underwood, Dublin; one brother, Robert F. McGhee, Radford; three sisters, Flora Kubinski, Valrico, Fla.; Thelma McGhee, Radford; Dorothy Walder, Reedeville; three grandchildren, Bobby Eanes Jr., Vikki Connelly, Skip Lawton; three great-grandchildren, Mary Eanes, Zoe Lawton, Mykkel Connelly.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 20, at Seaver Sanders & Mullins Funeral Home in Radford with the Rev. Gina Rhea officiating. Interment will follow in Highland Memory Gardens in Dublin. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
