She was a clerk in the Pike County Clerk's Office and a member of the Regular Baptist Church.
She was born in Pike County, Kentucky on August 7, 1929 the daughter of the late Billy and Elsie Bray Leedy.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Victor Justice in 1988 and also by one brother, Henry Leedy and two sisters, Lilly Compton and Maxie Reynolds.
She is survived by three sons, Stanley Justice and his wife, Lynn of Betsy Layne, Ky., Steve Justice and his companion, Glenda of Pikeville, Ky. and Charles Russell "Rusty" Justice and his wife, Linda of Betsy Layne, Ky. and two daughters, Selma Justice of Harold, Ky. and Vanessa Johnson and her husband, Forrest Dale of Virgie, Ky.
One brother, Edward Leedy of Betsy Layne, Ky. and one sister, Cleo Thomas of Belleville, MI.
Also eleven grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
