PULASKI - Maggie King Andrews, age 94, of Summit Street, Pulaski, died Sunday evening in the Pulaski Community Hospital. She was born in Wythe County, Va., September 20, 1896, the daughter of the late Joseph Bell King and Alice Faye Poole King. She was a member of the Bob White Boulevard Church of God.
Mrs. Andrews was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Edward Andrews, and two sons, Arnold and Howard Andrews.
Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. J.W. (Audrey) Fisher, Hallsville, Texas; six sons, Wayne Andrews, Gene Andrews, both of Pulaski; William Andrews, Roanoke; Darst Andrews, Milford, Ohio; Donald Andrews, Portsmouth, Ohio; Kenneth Andrews, Deerfield Beach, Fla.; one brother, Frank King, Woodlawn; 19 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. from the Bob White Boulevard Church of God with the Rev. James Weaver officiating. Burial will follow in the Thornspring Cemetery, Pulaski County. Visiting will be Tuesday evening at Stevens Funeral Home where the family will receive friends from 7:00 to 9:00.
