"FROSTBURG-Mrs. Jane L. McGoye, 87, widow of James McGoye, died at her home, 49 East Main Street yesterday, following a short illness. A former resident of Gilmore, she was born in Frostburg, a daughter of the late Frank and Mary Buskirk Winters. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. James R. Mundy, Cumberland, and Mrs. Paul Cutter, Eckhart; two sons, Michael McGoye, Midland, Pa., and Francis R. McGoye, Frostburg; two sisters, Mrs. Orvil Riley and Mrs. Mary Leake, Cresaptown, eight grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. Mrs. McGoye was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church here. The body is at the Durst funeral home, where friends will be received today from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The Rosary will be recited there at 7 p.m. A requiem mass will be celebrated Thursday at 9:30 a.m. in St. Michael's Church and burial will follow in Midland Cemetery."
