She was a native of Texas,daughter of the late John W. and Ada
Mendosa Horn Branch: She had been the manager of the Claredon
Hotel for 18 years before retiring. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rueben McClanahan, a son and a daughter.
Survivors include: a granddaughter, Donnie Sue Bounds and a
grandson, Harrison Moudy both of Porterville, CA; six great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren.
Graveside service was July 3,1998 at the Upper Spring Creek
Cemetery in Belleville, AR, Arrangements by Cornwell Funeral
