ONARGA - Samantha Rueck, 92, of Onarga, died at 8:05 a.m. yesterday (Nov. 30, 1993) at Heartland Health Care Center, Paxton.

Her funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Knapp Funeral Home, Onarga, the Rev. Nicholas Showalter officiating. Burial will be in Onarga Cemetery.

Visitation will be for one hour before the service Thursday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Rueck was born April 21, 1901, in Roberts, a daughter of Johnson and Beckie Zwingli Arnold. She married Fred. L. Rueck Sept. 6, 1922, in Saunemin. He died April 3, 1975.

Surviving are one daughter, Evelyn Rieke, Dwight; one son, Edward Rueck, Onarga; nine grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by one son and seven brothers.

Mrs. Rueck was a member of Onarga Christian Church.

Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
