Information was obtained from a 1910 census done in Marion County. There is a Pierce Strickland listed as 8 years of age(approximate birth year 1902)listed as living with his parents Noah and Lizzie Strickland as well as a brother whom was age 12 named Sprunt, and a brother named Lacy one years old.
A fellow Find-a-grave (FAG) contributor provided the death date informaton as well as Pierce's parents' names that were Noah and Elizabeth Jackson Strickland. Pierce's wife was Sallie Shellie McIntyre.
After recieving the date of death from the fellow FAG contributor I was able to locate the death annoucement posted on Pierce's memorial.
