WARSAW MAN FATALLY INJURED NEAR CONESVILLE
THREE OTHERS IN AUTO HURT WHEN IT GOES IN DITCH


a 49 year old Warsaw man, father of six children, was fatally injured and three other persons were hurt at 11 p.m. Friday in a automobile accident on a township road in Conesville hollow, six miles south of Coshocton. The death car carrying four men ran one a six foot embankment and overturned on its top into a ditch four feet deep. Isaac Fisher, who suffered a broken neck was pronounced dead upon arrival at Coshocton Memorial Hospital. Sheriff Gilbert Kempf who investigated, said Charles Carroll, 33, Coshocton Route 1 was the driver of the car, but the other two occupants had left the scene of the accident without being identified. The sheriff said Carroll lost control of the car while the four were enroute to the home of Earl Dawson, Conesville Hollow. Carroll was treated at the local hospital for a cut wrist and dismissed. The other two men apparently were not badly hurt, the sheriff said. The top of the 1935 Oldsmobile four door sedan was badly damaged. It was towed to the local garage. Mr. Fisher was the fifth traffic victim in the county so far this year. The county has had seven fatalities to from drowning since last February. Other traffic victims were Delores Van Dusen, 22 West Lafayette George R. Myers 54, Newcomerstown, Miss Betty Perkins, 19, Adamsville Route 1 and Billy Myers, 24, 633 Wilson Ave. Mr. Fisher's body was removed to the Fischer funeral home at Warsaw. Isaac "Ike" Fisher was born July 5, 1903 in Coshocton County, a son of John and Allie Gleaves Fisher and was married July 8, 1932 to Winifred Dobson who survives. Mr. Fisher had been a resident of Warsaw for the past six years and was employed as a pressman at the Alfray Products Co. He was a member of the local Eagles Lodge, VFW Chapter 2040 and the pressmen's union. Besides the widow the survivors are five daughters, Mrs. Beverly Bible and Mrs Burdetta Wilde, Coshocton Route 2, Mrs. Carl Switzer, Newcomerstown, Mrs. Patricia Wilson, Carolyn Fisher and one son, John Fisher all of the home; two brothers, Ben Fisher, Coshocton and Mose Fisher, Coshocton Route 3. Three sisters and three brothers are deceased. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday at the Fishcer funeral home in Warsaw with Rev. F.B. Chapman in charge and burial will be in South Lawn Cemetery. friends may call at the Fischer funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday and until time for services on Monday. The Eagles lodge will hold a memorial service at 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
