BIO:
Martin Cleary, an aged resident of west Gridley township, died suddenly from heart trouble last Monday morning. He had been up and around the house on Sunday as usual, although for a couple of years he had been somewhat feeble. He was born in Ireland about eighty years ago, and had lived in the community where he died for more than an half century. His latter home was on the old Thomas Cleary place about 3 miles southeast of El Paso. His wife preceded him in death several years ago, and he is survived by two children, Mrs Frank Klug of Gridley and Miss Mamie at home. Funeral services were held from St Mary's church yesterday morning, a very large attendance being present, and interment in the Catholic cemetery.
