Son (Twin), Shubael Hinckley Pease, # 152173727, b 24 January 1808 at Wilton, Franklin, Maine. Md Sophronia Blossom on June 18, 1828 in Maine.

Died April 22, 1890 in Beloit, Rock, Wisconsin and interred at Beloit, Rock, Wisconsin.

Son (Twin), Charles Henry Pease, b 24 Jan 1808 at Wilton, Franklin, Maine to Shuble (sic) Pease and Betsy ~ Maine Births and Christenings, 1739-1900

According to his death certificate, Charles died from pneumonia on 23 Dec 1860 at Fall River, Massachusetts. Contrary to Maine Births and Christenings, this document indicates that Charles was born at Noridgeworth, Maine.

His death certificate also indicates that Charles was a clothes finisher by way of occupation and was the son of Shabael Pease (b Maine, which is contrary to other records) and Betsy Washburn Pease (b Maine).

X Daughter, Louisa Pease Maxim, b 09 Oct 1810 at Wilton, Franklin, Maine to Shuble Pease and Betsy ~ Maine Births and Christenings, 1739-1900 (Note that Louisa's death certificate indicates that she was born at Norridgewock, Maine).

Louisa died on 04 Jan 1892 at Madison*, Somerset, Maine. The cause of her death was cancer of the stomach with her son, Edward, named as the informant.

Her death certificate further indicates that her father (Shubael) was born in Martha's Vineyard, Massachusetts and was a farmer, and that her mother (Betsy) was born in Norridgewock, Maine.

*Note that Madison, Maine was once known as Norridgewock.

Sophronia and James Parker Withee were married in July 2, 1835 at Somerset County, Maine.

Daughter, Sarah Pease, b ca 1813 at Wilton, Franklin, Maine. Possibly died July 15, 1893 in Fall River, Bristol, Massachusetts, but this has yet to be confirmed.

Son, Hosea Washburn Pease, b 20 March 1815 at Wilton, Franklin, Maine.

Son, Edward Pease, b 1824 at Norridgewock, Somerset, Maine and died June 7, 1864. Died of wounds at Morganza, Louisiana. Mustered in as a Private on Dec 7, 1861 with Co D, 13 Infantry (Maine) and served until Sept 11, 1863 and out as Sergeant. Assigned to 97 Infantry Regiment (colored infantry) as 1st Lieutenant on Sept 24, 1863 and served until death on 27 May 1864. Daughter, Flora's, death info states her father, Edward, was a minister.

Edward md Mehitable Butler, d/o Joseph Butler and Sarah Norton. Joseph Butler was the s/o Henry Butler # 92194653 and Mehitable Norton.
