Claudia Sullivan Dillard, 86, of Swanson Avenue, Fayetteville, died Wednesday evening (September 29, 2004) at Lincoln Medical Center. She was a native of Lincoln County and the daughter of the late Walter Houston and Flora Mae Mills Sullivan. She was a retired nurse and a member of the Fayetteville First Baptist Church. Survivors include a sister, Shirley Hines of Fayetteville; two brothers, Elbert Sullivan of Fayetteville and Edward (Bully) Sullivan of Lynchburg; five nephews and three nieces. She was preceded in death by a sister, Jewell Scott. Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon at Higgins Funeral Home with Rev. Van Johnson officiating. Interment was in Riverview Memorial Gardens.
