November 8, 1916 - June 11, 1998

Chriatine Levans Grantham, 81, North Vernon, died at 3:15 a.m. Thursday, June 11, 1998, at Heritage House of Seymour.

Mrs. Grantham was a homemaker and had worked at H. O. Canfield in Seymour and U.S. Shoe Factory at Crothersville. She was a member of Apostolic Pentecostal Tabernacle, Seymour.

Bron November 8, 1916, in Jackson County, she was a daughter of Clyde L. and Mary M. (Love) Grantham.

Survivors include a grandson, Stefan James Deaton, North Vernon; three great-grandsons, Cody Deaton, Romon Deaton and Wyatt Deaton, all of North Vernon; several nieces and nephews; and a sister, Ruth Stafford, Seymour.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Emma Weddell, and a daughter, Delilah Sue Deaton.

The Rev. Todd Smith will conduct funeral services at 11 a.m. Saturday at Voss Chapel, Seymour, with burial in Riverview Cemetery, Seymour.

Friends may call from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday and from 9 a.m. until service time Saturday at Voss Chapel.

Memorials may be given to Apostolic Pentecostal Tabernacle.
