Last Will and Testament of Ella D. Oller, Butler Co., PA
The following is what I wished done with my property:
First: I give and bequeath to my beloved husband, W.E. Oller, all my stock in the Guaranty and Safe Deposit Co. of Butler
Second: to each of my daughters, NELLE and KATRINA, one thousand dollars
Third: to FLORENCE, thirteen hundred dollars - because she was not sent away to school
Fourth: to my niece, Julia Creigh, the interest of five hundred dollars to be paid annually. This five hundred dollars to he hold in trust by her uncle, W. E. Oller. The trustee may pay her a part or all of this five hundred dollars if in his judgement at some future time circumstances require it. In case of her death, this amount to be equally divided among my three daughters.
I appoint my husband, W.E. Oller, to carry out the above expressed wishes.
