Mrs. Mary Ellen Hyskell died at the residence of her son, Charles M. Hyskell, on Portland heights yesterday noon at the age of 86 years. Until her fatal attack of illness her faculties were as alert as those of many younger people.
She was an ardent Christian Scientist and a member of the First church of this city.
Besides her son Charles she is survived by another son, Frederick T. Hyskell, of this city, and a sister, Mrs. George F. Wilson of Los Angeles.
