Linda was born on November 23, 1946 in Excelsior Springs to Henry Owen and Margaret Lucille (Clemmons) Barger.
Linda was of the Christian faith. She had lived in Richmond before moving to Excelsior Springs in 1997.
Survivors include two brothers and one sister-in-law, Jim and Frances Barger of Kearney, Missouri, and Donald Owen Barger of Excelsior Springs; one sister, Ellen Yvonne Williams of Kansas City North, Missouri; and several nieces and nephews. Linda was preceded in death by her parents.
