From the book "Sherryl's Notes" 1-1941 - 12-1949 Lonoke County Democrat Newspaper.
Mrs. Virgie [Oliver] Britt had addended the funeral of her borther-in-law JR Jerginan at Patterson.

I am ussure he is buried here since he lived in the McCroy area and his funeral was held in the Patterson area but his family is here. No marker has been located in any cemetery for him. I do know his wife Carrie Oliver Jernigan used the $ 3000.00 settlement from the railroad to buy her home in Augusta where she lived until her death.
