Minnie Delnora (Uplinger) Arble of Rural Valley RD 1 died at 1:15 a. m. Sunday (March 5, 1961) at Armstrong County Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Arble was born March 15, 1890, near Byron [Bryan], Cowanshannock, a daughter of Francis N. and Susan (Schrecengost) Uplinger.
She was a life-long resident of the Rural Valley area. She was a member of Pleasant Union Lutheran Church.
Her husband, Fred Arble, preceded her in death.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Bernice Biedenbach of Glendale, Calif., Mrs. Cordelia Rearick of Dayton; three sons, James of Emporium, George of Kittanning and Howard of Rural Valley; 19 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild; a sister, Pearl Uplinger of New Kensington and three brothers, Lee H. of Rural Valley, Delbert L. of Pittsburgh and Guy of California.
Friends will be received after 7 this evening at Boyer funeral home, Rural Valley, where services will be held at 3 p. m. Wednesday. Rev. George Erickson, pastor of Pleasant Union Lutheran Church, will officiate. Burial will be made in the Rural Valley cemetery.
