Born on November 25, 1913 in Newdale, Idaho to Stephen Ray and Blanche Shelton Willis. Married "Edna" Parkaretta Lemon Rich December 20, 1954 in Elko, Nevada. Former Teamster in trucking and a member of the LDS Church.Survived by wife; daughters, Diane Panick; Merlene Saunders; Karen Ball; step children, Vern Pratt; Donna Brookes and numerous grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held on Friday January 25, 1991 at 2 p.m. in the Salt Lake City Cemetery. Friends may call at MacKay Deseret Mortuary, 36 East 700 South, Friday 12:30-1:30 p.m. Family requests no flowers.
