CYRUS EUGENE MALLARD SR., 81, Ambergate Road, Winter Park, died Tuesday, Dec. 26. Mr. Mallard was a lieutenant colonel in the Army. Born in Cleveland, He moved to Central Florida in 1936. He was a member of Winter Park Presbyterian Church, the Commanders' Club, Reserve Officers Association and was a commissioner for the Goldenrod-Dommerich Fire Control District. Survivors: wife, DeLoris; son, Cyrus S. Jr., Winter Park; daughter, DeLoris V. White, Deltona; brother, John L. Jr., Sarasota; sister, Anne Lawton, Madison, Ga.; six grandchildren.
