He was born in Mifflin Twp. the son of the late Aaron and Anna Michaels Teter. He was a US Navy veteran of WW II.
Earl was retired from Chromalloy and had memberships in the Pioneers of TRW, F&AM Newport Lodge, Harrisburg Consistory, Shrine Club, Lykens Valley Roamers and Zion Evangelical Congregational Church in Dauphin.
Survivors include his wife Esther Daniels Teter, two sons Dave of Duncannon and Larry (Linda) of Dauphin, two sisters Pat Stiely of Gratz and Shirley Lontz of Wiconisco, two grandchidren, four great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 11 am til Noon on Monday Dec. 31 at the Hoover-Boyer Funeral Home in Millersburg. Services followed by Masonic Rites will begin at Noon. Burial to follow at Riverview Memorial Gardens in Halifax.
