Her will was written on November 21, 1510. In it, she identified herself as Dame Kateryn, Lady Huddesfeld, widow. and requested burial at Greyfriars in Exeter. She was, however, buried at Shillingford alongside her husband. A brass was placed above their tomb. It bears a shield with the arms of Huddesfield impaling Courtney.
