VOILES, MARY ARTIE HULL died 3 Jan 1971 Comment
VOILES, MARY ARTIE – 87, died January 3, at the Fentress County Hospital in Jamestown, She was the wife of the late Rev. W. G. VOILES and she was a great defended of the faith and admonished her children often in life to stand for right. She is survived by seven sons, FLOYD, LEON, ROBERT, WALLACE, and HOBERT, all of Dayton, Ohio, ROY of Armathwaite, and EDGAR of Greenville, Ohio; three daughters, Mrs. OSLEY NORTHUP of Sunbright, Mrs. KENNETH MARKLAND, Dayton, Ohio and Mrs. ROBERT CANADAY, Clayton, Ohio; one brother, ROY HULL of Armathwaite, three sisters, Mrs. C. J. CROSS and Mrs. JOE VOILES, both of Armathwaite, and Mrs. EDWARD TOMPKINS of Dayton, Ohio. Also surviving are 30 grandchildren and 37 great-grandchildren. Funeral services were conducted at 10 a.m. Tuesday, January 5, at the United Fellowship Church in Armathwaite with the Rev. CALDWELL SMITH and the Rev. VIRGIL VOILES officiating.
