Boiling Springs, July 19 -- Funeral services for Herman W. Lindsey, 54, who died suddenly Sunday, will be held at the home tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock. Burial will be in the Westminster Cemetery, Carlisle.

He was the son of the late John A. Lindsey, of Carlisle. Mr. Lindsey was an active member of the Derry Street United Brethren Church, Harrisburg, and the Men's Bible Class of the Sunday School.

Mr. Lindsey was a director of the Boiling Springs State Bank since its incorporation and a member of the Boiling Springs Community Association.

Prior to his retirement in 1929, he was an employe of the Prudential Insurance Company for twenty-eight years, serving as assistant superintendent of the company for fifteen years in Harrisburg and eleven years in Carlisle.

His widow, Mrs. Frances Rider Lindsey, two sons, Kenneth M. Lindsey and Robert P. Lindsey, both at home; two brothers, James C. Lindsey and Searight E. Lindsey, both of Carlisle, survive.
