Louis Lester Bessetti (1919-1974), age 54 years, a resident of 188 Central Avenue, North Biloxi, Mississippi, died Saturday, June 22, 1974 at the University Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi where he had been a patient for two weeks.

Louis had married Alma Mary Quave (1915-1978) in Harrison County, Mississippi on June 2, 1942. He had been a 30-year resident of North Biloxi and a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church.(Harrison Co., Mississippi Circuit Court MRB 55, p. 464)

Mr. Bessetti was survived by Alma Quave Bessetti (1915-1978), his spouse; Louis L. Bessetti Jr. (1950-2010), a son; two daughters, Miss Donna Bessetti and Mary A. Bessetti m. Barney L. Fischer, Ocean Springs; one brother and six sisters, all of Erie, Pennsylvania; and three grandchildren.

Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home of Biloxi directed the funeral services of Mr. Bessetti. After a Mass at Sacred Heart Church, his corporal remains were interred in the Swetman Cemetery in North Biloxi.
