BUNKIE - Funeral services for Nettie Mae Juneau Voorhies were held at 2:30 pm on Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2009 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, Fifth Ward. Burial was in the Kelone Cemetery #1, Fifth Ward under the direction of Melancon Funeral Home, Bunkie.

Mrs. Voorhies, age 90, of Bunkie passed away at the Avoyelles Hospital on Friday, Oct. 30, 2009. She was a retired antique dealer.

Survivors include her husband, Morris Voorhies of Bunkie and one son, Dale Voorhies of Bunkie and numerous nieces and nephews.
