She was born the daughter of Levi and Eva (McCullough) Hague on April 29, 1940, in Half Rock, Missouri. She was a 1958 Princeton High School graduate. On March 29, 1972, she was united in marriage to Carrel Edwin Beemer in Las Vegas, Nevada. He preceded her in death in 2006.
Betty worked as a cashier for Churchill Truck Lines Inc. for over 25 years.
She is survived by three daughters, Pam Billings, and husband ,Scott, of Smithville, Emily Beckett and husband, Robert, of Chillicothe, Carolyn Clarke of Blue Springs, one son, Don Beemer and wife Jayne, of Lenexa, Kansas, three granddaughters, Madison Larkin of Lock Springs, Kaley Ott of Chillicothe, and Katie Beemer of Manhattan, Kansas; five grandsons, Marshall Suchsland of Hollywood, California, Brad Clarke of Kansas City, Brian Clarke of Shawnee Mission, Kansas, Matt Beemer of Manhattan, Kansas, and Alex Beemer of Manhattan, Kansas; five great grandchildren; four brothers, Eddie Hague of Chillicothe, Bill Hague of Spickard, Jack Hargue of Chillicothe,, and Jim Hague, of Orrick, three sisters, Sarah Ruth Chipps, of Versailles, Mary Wallace, of Trenton, and Donna Wilson , of Chillicothe; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Carrell Beemer, her parents, five brothers, J.I Hague, Max Hague, Dale Hague, Allen Hague, and Robert "Bob" Hague; two sisters, Helen Louise Hague, and Devona Greener.
Services wre held Saturday, December 22, at the Lindley Funeral Home in Chillicothe, with burial at Lakeside Cemetery at Sumner.
