Ina Ruth Creager Tannahill was born on September 20, 1921 in Lincoln County, Oklahoma to Thomas Clay Creager and Rosa Belle Harris Creager. She passed from this life on Thursday, December 13, 2012 in Pawnee, Oklahoma having reached the age of 91 years, 2 months, and 23 days. She married Alfred Ray Tannahill on May 23, 1940 in Pawnee, Oklahoma he preceded her in death on November 15, 1988. She has been a lifetime resident of the Pawnee area and was a member of the Pawnee First Baptist Church, where she was very active in many of the churches organizations. She was also very active in Project Heart, and loved to play cards, sew and cook. She was an avid Oklahoma State Cowboys fan "Go Pokes", and adored her children and grandchildren. She was "the best school cook ever". Ina is survived by: 3 Children: Beverly Cavett & her husband, Richard, Stillwater, Oklahoma Ron Tannahill & his wife, Elaine, Cleveland, Oklahoma Connie Rosson & her husband, Roy, Mullhall, Oklahoma Janel Hooper & her husband, Tom, Cleveland, Oklahoma

6 Grandchildren: Barbara Hagy, Machelle Childress, Shane Alley, Rhonda Roberts, Angie Williams And Carrie Foreman

2 Great-Great Grandchildren

Brother: Tommy Creager, Pawnee, Oklahoma

Sister: Edna Groom, Glencoe, Oklahoma

Plus a number of other relatives, and many friends. Besides her husband, Alfred, she was preceded in death by her parents, Tom and Belle Creager; granddaughter, Jeana Alley Devillier; grandson, Justin Cavett; three brothers, Arthur, Lawrence and Roy Creager; and two sisters, Viola Nance-Barnett and Elsie Niccum.

Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, December 17, 2012 at the First Baptist Church, Pawnee, Oklahoma with Rev. Chan Ray officiating. Interment will be at Highland Cemetery, Pawnee, Oklahoma.
