Audrey Fancil, 87 of Warsaw, Indiana passed away at 6:00 am Sunday, December 16, 2012 in Mason's Health Care Center, Warsaw.

On December 8, 1925, she was born to Albert and Audrey B. (Rathbun) Neher in Silver Lake, Indiana. She married Harold Fancil on February 14, 1948 in Warsaw. He preceded her in death on March 30, 1995.

A lifetime resident of Kosciusko County, Audrey worked for Sun Metal for ten years and then worked for White Metal for twenty five years. Audrey was a member of First Brethren Church, Warsaw. after retiring, she became active as a Senior Citizens Center Volunteer.

She is survived by her son, Terry (and spouse Candice) Fancil, Milford, a daughter, Marsha Kay Fancil, Fort Wayne; five grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by two brothers and a sister.

A funeral service will be at 10:00 am Wednesday. December 19, 2012 at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw with Pastor Bill Shipman officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.

Visitation hours will be from 5:00 - 8:00 pm, Tuesday, December 18, 2012 at the funeral chapel.
