Funeral services were held at Madison yesterday for Mrs. Elizabeth Troeckler Rush, 81, member of an old Mitchell family whose death occurred Monday. She is a sister-in-law of Frank Troeckler of Mitchell, and had spent her entire life in the southwestern part of Madison County. Her maiden name was Miss Elizabeth Hackethal.
Burial was made at Calvary Cemetery west of Edwardsville. Her nephew, M.C. Troeckler, of this city, served as a pallbearer.
