Aaron was a member of the Fountain Avenue United Methodist Church in Paducah. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and woodworking. He returned to Southeast Missouri to carry on as the 3rd generation for Stetson Family Farms. He enjoyed his son, Cole, and visiting with family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Roy Paul and Louise Cole Stetson, Clayborn Malcolm and Willie Ann Huntley Connor.
He leaves the following to cherish his memory, his son, Cole Stetson of Murray, Ky., his parents, Stephen and Linda Stetson of Paducah, his brother, Connor Stetson and his wife Lindsey of Paducah, his sister, Amanda Coursey of Paducah, his nephews and niece, Landon, Stetson and Evie of Paducah, a special uncle, Mike Stetson of Pascola his aunt, Marilyn Akerhielm of Spokene, Washington, his uncle, Clay Connor of Tampa, Fla. and a host of cousins, relatives and many, many friends.
Funeral services were held Thursday, December 6 at 11:00 a.m. at the John W. German Funeral Home in Hayti with Rev. Gregory Waldrop, Pastor of te Fountain Avenue United Methodist Church in Paducah officiating. Burial was in the Woodlawn Cemetery in Hayti. Pallbearers were Al Goodman, John Martin, Lee Bethune, Brad Pate, Mike Blankenship and Brad Giltz. Honorary Pallbearer was Brian Irions.
John W. German Funeral Home of Hayti was in charge of the arrangements.
