She had lived in the Kokomo and Russiaville areas all of her life.
Surviving are a sister, Dorothy Edna Hunter of Denver; four brothers, Ora Shackelford of Bloomington, Roscoe Shackelford and Everett Shackelford, both of Kokomo, and Faye Shackelford of Royal Center; a grandchild; and three great-grandchildren. A son, a brother, and two sisters preceded her in death.
