Minnie Louise Robinson, age 82, passed away at her home in Moro, Arkansas on Thursday, October 4, 2012. A daughter of the late Sam Jefferson Davis and the late Mattie Belle Cole Davis, Minnie was born in Lee County, Arkansas on December 30, 1929. She was united in marriage to G.N. "Dick" Robinson on December 26, 1946 in Marianna, Arkansas. Minnie was a lifelong resident of Lee County and a member of the Moro Baptist Church. Before her retirement she worked for the Jack Winters Plant in Marianna and the Van Heusen Plant in Brinkley. Minnie loved to bake cakes and give goodies to children. Minnie is survived by her son, Ronald Robinson and wife Sandra of Moro, daughters, Patsy Ann Chisum and husband, Thomas of Moro, Neva Sue Hill and husband, Junior of Moro, one sister, Ola Mae Freeman of Stuttgart, 3 grandchildren, Charles and David Hill and Adam Chisum, 5 great-grandchildren, Lauryn, Hollie, Ryan, Sarah and Chance. She was preceded in death by her parents, Sam and Mattie Davis, her husband, G.N. "Dick" Robinson, brothers, Luther, Jack, Wesley, James, and Bill Davis and sisters, Mert May and Lou Ella Swearingen. Services will be 2:00 PM, Monday at the Moro Baptist Church with Bro. Bill Elliott and Bro. Danny Weatherford officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery by Bob Neal & Sons Funeral Home of Brinkley. Pallbearers will be John Dozier, Charles Gillenwater, Herman Gray, Anthony Vondran, Kevin Vondran and Lanard Walker. Honorary Pallbearers are Jimmy Neal Bickerstaff, Billy Hill, Neal French and Clayton French.
