Spotswood Augustine Washington was the oldest Son and third child of 12 children born to Bushrod Washington, II and Henrietta Brayne (Spotswood) Washington born 17 July 1811 @ "Mount Zephyr" Fairfax County, Virginia married Evaline Fletcher possibly the Daughter of Benjamin Fletcher and unknown Mother at this time married 9 April 1837 @ Kalamazoo, Michigan and died 25 August 1865 @ Watseka, Iroquois County, Illinois buried possibly here at Chamberlain Cemetery this cemetery was actually called Chamberlain/Old Town/Washington Cemetery in the Middleport Township of Watseka, Illinois according to the "Iroquois County Genealogical Society" @ Watseka, Illinois. I took a Visit to Watseka, Illinois around Thanksgiving no headstone's where found for Spotswood Washington or his wife Evaline but the Headstone's were very heavily damaged and some over turned from Vandals this is a very Old Cemetery with no fencing around it surrounded by many Homes.
