Mr. Cramer was born in Franklin county, Dec. 1, 1854, and was the son of Frederick and Emma (Sweet) Cramer. He was married in 1876 to Miss Hannah Curtis, who preceded him in death 12 years ago. He was a member of the Methodist church and of the I.O.O.F. lodge.
Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Birch Seifert of Mt. Victory; Mrs. Edwin Banning, of Hepburn; Mrs. Maud Jones, of Marion and Mrs. Harley Cramer, of Columbus; two sons, Clifton Cramer, of Hepburn and Clyde Cramer, of Mt. Victory; three brothers, Hamilton Cramer of Mt. Victory; Pearl Cramer, of Dayton and Lincoln Cramer, of Springfield, and one sister, Mrs. Etta Sullivan, of Marion.
