Hans O. Kloster died at the Roosevelt hospital at Bremerton, Wash., on Tuesday, Oct. 29, 1946 at 2:45 p.m. He was born at Ossian, Ia., July 6, 1869. In 1870 he came with his parents to Adams, Minn. In 1884, he moved to Sharon, N. D. On June 1, 1895 he was married to Mina Oberg. In 1896 moved to Aitken, Minn. where he was engaged in the saw mill business. In 1911 he sold out his saw-mill business and moved to Lakota, N. D., where he resided till 1918 when he came to Stanley. Much of his life has been spent as an engineer also engaged in farming.

The past three years he has resided at Bremerton, Wash. His wife passed away July 25, 1910. Sons and daughters surviving are: Adolph, of Bremerton, Wash., _____ of Minot, Oscar of Stanley, _______ Wm. Lange of Grand Forks ______ del of _______.

Brothers and sisters surviing are: Mrs. ____, Mrs. Madel Has_____; ____ Westby of Tacoma, Mrs. Anne Fosse, Mrs. ____ Medstokke, Martin C. Kloster and Amond Kloster of Sharon, N.D.; Alfred Kloster, and Carl Kloster of Billings, Mont.

Mr. Kloster had been a member of the Baptist church for many years.

He suffered a stroke of paralysis and had been a patient one week at the Roosevelt hospital in Bremerton, Wash., where he passed away on Oct. 29, 1946.

Funeral services were held at Stanley, N. D., Sunday, Nov. 10. Rev. Lorens Michelson and Rev. Bob Simmons officiated.

Pallbearers were Wm. Nelson, Reuben Enander, David Enander, George Halvorson, Joseph Halvorson and ____.
