SEYMOUR — Mildred F. Cook, 87, died Sunday, Dec. 9, 2012, at the local nursing home.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Seymour Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jim Martin of the Gospel Light Baptist Church officiating. Burial will be in the Riverview Cemetery under the direction of Seymour Memorial Funeral Home of Seymour.
Mrs. Cook was a nurse's aid.
Survivors include one daughter, Patricia Ann Gooding of Seymour; one son, Denton Vernon Cook Jr. of Seymour; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends 6-7 P.M. today at the funeral home.
