George Coleman

CLAYTON, Ga. - George Vinson Coleman, 61, of Route 2, husband of Connie Mae Parker Coleman, died Saturday.

Born in Rabun County, he was a son of the late Mick G. and Leila Thompson Coleman. He was of the Baptist faith, a cattle farmer, and a member of Rabun County Farm Bureau.

Surviving are widow of the home; brothers, Tommy B. and Elcaney Coleman of Clayton; sisters, Mrs. Harold Dixon of Clayton.

Services at 2:30 p.m. Monday at Hunter Funeral Home Chapel by the Rev. John Henry Meeks and Lloyd Hunter. Burial in Persimmon Baptist Church Cemtery.
