Faye G. Cooper, age 99, formerly of Lykens, and Pheasant Hill Estates, Harrisburg, passed away April 26, 2019, at the Jewish Home of Greater Harrisburg.
She was born February 22, 1920 in Elizabethville, daughter of the late George and Sallie (Snodgrass) Cook.
She was a retired switchboard operator for the Federal Building, Harrisburg. Faye enjoyed planting and caring for flowers. She liked to lead exercise classes and watching the Lawrence Welk show.

She is survived by a step-son, Larry D. (JoAnne) Cooper; Grandchildren, Scott Romberger, Kirby (Bonnie) Cooper, Richard (Leslie) Cooper, Kathryn (Greg) Light and Kristie (Justin) Buchmiller; 11 Great Grandchildren, 3 Great Great Grandchildren, 1 Niece and 3 Nephews.

She was preceded in death by a son, Ronald E. Cooper, Daughter, Sandra E. Romberger, Granddaughter, Tammy Mace; Sisters, Roberta Winter, Mary Taylor and Eleanor Lisi, and brothers, John Franklin Cook and Edwin Cook.

There will be a memorial graveside service held at Maple Grove Cemetery on Monday, May 13th, 2019 at 2 PM In lieu of flowers, please contribute towards your favorite charity.
