Beatrice Baart, age 96, was born November 15, 1906 in Centerville, Utah to Benjamin Brown and Ellen Rigby. She passed away at St. Mark's Hospital January 20, 2003 of natural causes, with her family around her.

She married George S. Snider, later divorced and married James C. Baart, later divorced.

She retired from the Internal Revenue Service. She was a wonderful and beautiful person who always helped her family. She enjoyed her work and loved to garden.

Survived by her daughter, Delores (Max) Salt, three grandchildren, Gerri (Keith) Roulston, Max "Bill" (Birgitt) Salt II, Ann K. Salt. Eight great-grandchildren, five great-great-grandchildren. Sister, Mildred Stockslager. Foeata Tupouniua who was her close special friend and companion (we thank you). Preceded in death by two brothers, Edward Brown, Elmer Brown, sister, Goldie Bettridge.

Graveside service Friday 2:00 p.m. at the Centerville City Cemetery. Friends may call Thursday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. and Friday from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. at the Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary, 4760 South State Street.
