BOISE CITY, Okla. - Russell Mitchell McDaniel, 90, died Wednesday, Dec. 29, 2004.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Felt United Methodist Church in Felt with Kathleen Parsley and Bailey Barkley officiating. Burial will be in Bertrand Cemetery by Cimarron Mortuary.
Mr. McDaniel was born Sept. 14, 1914, near Bertrand. He married Pattie Rebecca Smith on Sept. 24, 1933, in Clayton, N.M.
Survivors include his wife; seven sons, Neil McDaniel of Littleton, Colo., Lavaughn McDaniel of Felt, Pat McDaniel of Round Rock, Texas, Gary McDaniel and Hal McDaniel, both of Canyon, Texas, Bruce McDaniel of Clayton and Robert McDaniel of Goodwell; two daughters, Kathleen Parsley of Felt and Ruth Shields of Amistad, N.M.; 31 grandchildren; 42 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandson.
The family suggests memorials be to Felt Senior Citizens or Felt United Methodist Church and may be sent to the mortuary.
