Forrest H. Mullins, 80, of Butler, MO, died Nov. 12, 1992, at Bates County Memorial Hospital in Butler, MO. Graveside services were held Nov. 14, 1992, at the Oak Hill Cemetery in Butler, with Albert Schwartzkopf officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of the Underwood-Steinbeck Funeral Home of Butler. The family suggests contributions to a charity of choice.

Her was born July 10, 1912, in Oklahoma, to Mack and Anna Lewis Mullins. He married Opal Snell on June 18, 1960, in Butler, MO, and they had no children. He was self-employed as a sign painter, retiring in 1964. He was also an artist and painted many pictures. He loved God and shared the word of God with many.

He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers; and two sisters. He leaves his wife of the home; son, David Eugene Mullis of Topeka, KS, and stepson Ron Snell of Baldwin Park, CA; and two daughters, Alice Wassenaar of Roscoe, MO, and Deborah L. Smith of Olathe, KS; 16 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren' and nieces and nephews.
