Helen Margaret Lintz Fontine was born in Denver in 1915. She was the eldest daughter of Edward Elias Lintz and Nellie Estlinbaum. She had one sister, Edna and one brother Edward who both presided her in death.

On 5 January 1934 she married Henry Eugene Fontine in Denver and together they had two daughters, Helen Katherine and Diane. Those two daughters gave them 8 grandchildren. Those 8 grandchildren gave them 35 great-grandchildren and way too many great greats to count without leaving someone out.

Henry passed in 1985 leaving her a widow for 27 years. She has great faith and knew they would be together for eternity. She stayed in her home for almost 20 years without him then moved into her daughter Diane's home for the remainder of her days upon this earth.

She was the matriarch of this family and did a great job of leading by example. She leaves a legacy behind her of people who will continue to love and respect her for eternity. For now may she rest in peace.
