My 2nd great grand uncle. Son of Daniel Mouser (1798-1877) and Elizabeth (Hahen). Served Civil War, 111th Ohio Infantry, Co. C. Husband to Esther Thomas; father of William D. and John G. Mouser. Brother to John William Mouser, who served in 8th Michigan, Co.C. Findagrave contributor, Gail Black, added this: Pvt. Mouser died at GH (General Hospital) #8 in New Albany, IN. He died from Typhoid Fever. He is listed as George W. Mouser, but I have corrected that. He is the only Mouser listed with that date of death.
