Elva Marie Herr, 102, of Sarasota, Fla., formerly of Peoria, died Thursday, Sept. 16, 2004, at her home.
Born March 13, 1902, in Litchfield to Clarence and Ida Blackburn Chase, she married LeRoy William Herr. He died in 1989.
She also was preceded in death by one grandson, two brothers and two sisters.
Surviving are one daughter, Sharyn (and Gavin) Litwiller of Sarasota; three grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson.
She was a homemaker.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Becker Funeral Home in Clermont, Fla., where visitation will be one hour before. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery in Clermont.
