William L. Considine, 88, of 324 Oswego River Road, Phoenix, died Wednesday, July 5 at Iroquois
Nursing Home, Jamesville. He was born in Ogdensburg. He retired in 1977 as an assembly line operator with Chrysler Corp. He was a communicant of St. Stephen's Church, Phoenix, and an honorary member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 5540, Phoenix. His wife, the former Dorothy Dings, died in 1990. Surviving are four daughters, Suzanne Considine of Liverpool, Georgianna "Midge" Scott and Cheryl De Salis, both of Syracuse, and Rita Santy of Cerritos, Calif.; three sons, William of Chicago, Michael of Chico, Calif., and Thomas of Phoenix. Services will be today at 9:30 a.m. at Allanson-Glanville-Tappan Funeral Home and 10 a.m. in St. Stephen's Church. Burial will be in Phoenix Rural Cemetery.
