Aaron was survived by his mother Yvonne Diaz of San Pedro; girlfriend Jennie Quintana of Cuarteles; maternal grandmother Mary B. Diaz of Arroyo Seco; maternal aunt/godmother Shirley Torrez and husband Fernando of Rio Rancho; maternal aunt Linda M. Lujan of Abiquiu; maternal uncle Ron Lujan and Manuel Hernandez of Velarde; favorite cousin James Dixon of Abiquiu; paternal grandparents Luciano and Bernie Roybal of El Rancho; paternal aunts: Janet Trujillo and husband Robert of Nambe, Beverly Gomez and husband Lonnie of Nambe, Berna Lujan and husband Harold of El Rancho, Anna and Tommy Salazar of Española, Jackie Duran and husband Mike of El Rancho, Lucille Torrez of Albuquerque; paternal uncles: Larry and Moses Roybal of El Rancho, Louie Roybal and wife Pamela of El Rancho; favorite cousin Ashley Roybal of El Rancho; cousins: Derek and Amber Trujillo of Nambe; numerous other loving relatives & friends; and beloved dog Smokey.

Aaron was a genius on computers and loved pizza. He worked construction with his father. He was always full of life and was always singing and dancing. He was a very adventurous young man and enjoyed fishing.

Public visitation and Rosary were on December 9, 2012 in the Sangre de Cristo Chapel of DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory. Mass of Christian burial was on December 10, 2012 at La Iglesia de Santa Cruz de la Cañada. Burial followed in the Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery.
